Devin had the day off yesterday, so we made a date out of the whole day. It was fun! Of course we took Emily along, and she was an angel the whole day! THANK YOU EMILY! We went to the Chicago Botanic Gardens to see their Christmas exhibit. It was so cool! They had replicated all of the popular Chicago buildings and skyline by using nothing but natural materials, like wood, sticks, guards, nuts, and plants. It truly was a work of art.

All tuckered out at the end of it...
After the Botanic Gardens we ran a ton of errands that have been on our to do list for weeks. It was so much more enjoyable running the errands together. We bought some salmon at the store and Devin made some delicious seasoned salmon for dinner. Delicious end to a great day!
