Jen and Dave invited us and mom and dad over for dinner, and oh my gosh...Jen is an amazing chef! How she found time to create a chicken pasta dinner (inspired by a dish at Macaroni Grill) while taking care of her 4 small children is beyond me. Wonder Woman! It was fun being at their house at Christmas time.
