This is one of the best (and only) meals that I have made all by myself for my cute husband. It is taking me some time to fill the wife role. Smokey sweet potato and chicken stoup with parslied and dill red potatoes. 
This was a little outing we had an excuse to dress redneck for...the Monster Truck Show!!

On President's day we decided to go ice fishing on Jordanelle. It was my first experience, and because we didn't catch a dang thing, we are making another attempt this weekend.
